All sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the event that we shipped the wrong item.  In these cases you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. We'll also reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Photos on our website are a pretty accurate representation of the color selections.  Additionally, we suggest that you visit our social media pages to see the shade you're considering purchasing on various skin tones.

ORDERS MAY TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS (from date order was placed) if the product you ordered is not in inventory or is on back-order.  Weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame.  (Don't worry.  You will always be notified if there is a delay in processing/shipping your order and will be asked how you wish to proceed.)   

Shipping is not included in processing time. Expedited shipping does not affect processing time - it is only for faster delivery.   Time in transit is 100% controlled by the USPS - which means that your orders will be delivered within their given timelines. 

During the Holiday Season (Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and the New Year), orders may take 10-15 Business Days for processing. 

Teacup Cosmetics is not responsible for delays in shipping due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping provider (USPS) error, nor for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS.
